  2.  Welcome to TPDB - Turbo Pascal Tools for dBASE files !

  4.  The response to the initial versions of this file and the need for
  5.  for such a toolbox at a modest cost has led me to expand both the
  6.  number of procedures and functions in the toolbox and the supporting
  7.  documentation.  If you're a professional programmer using Turbo Pascal,
  8.  as I am, I think you'll find this toolbox to be extremely useful.  New,
  9.  enhanced versions will be distributed regularly.  Enjoy, and let me know
  10.  what you think, and what you'd like to see in future versions.
